What's the average fulfillment time?
Our average fulfillment time is within 18 hours (excluding weekends). We can ship same day as long as the order is placed before 2 PM.
What's your shrinkage rate?
We could tell you that we promise we won’t lose your products. After all, we are human. However, at VLS we are all about honesty and transparency. That’s why we will say we can’t guarantee no shrinkage, but on average we keep it to less than a percent of your products. Our team treats your products like their own.
